AJR RESIDENCY — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

A very worst kind of Experience ever had so far. Since this AJR residency it's tied up with OYO team. Thought it would be a great stay yet disappointed very much. Very irresponsible people From Watchman till residency manager. If you are traveling along with the family in late night or with your loved one please do avoid this residency because they won't be responsible (Didn't even called back After making number of calls to the manager). And I tried to communicate with watchman he refused to talk with me even after I said that I got a confirm booking from oyo he simply said that this residency is completely booked and the rooms are filled. He didn't even care about the oyo confirmation while showing it to him. When I asked him to call the manager he simply said that he went out so you can come tomorrow and meet him in the morning. Really I don't know what this AJR residency is thinking about themselves. Are they really expecting the customer to wait outside the road to meet the manager.

It is a new building.It is situated around 1 km away from the railway station of Villupuram. I have observed some good and bad things about this residency which I have listed below. Pros- -Its a new residency.So the structure are good till now. -The beds and the bathroom are good Cons- It's overpriced. you cannot find it if you are new in Villupuram. -There is no food store/hotel nearby where you can take lunch and dinner. Forget about your dinner if you reaching here after 11pm.

Good n decent hotel. Neatly maintained. Worth for money. They r renovating. Room has all necessary amenities like safety cup board, chair, table etc. They have table fan fitted on the wall. No ceiling fan. We were told that its bcos they r going to make the rooms air conditioned. Hot water available in bathroom (solar heater). Toothbrush, paste, soap, shampoo, towel, bed sheet are given. Water dispenser available (including hot water). Nearer to bus stand n railway station. No parking facility. No lift.
