Absolutely Disgusted and Furious!

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with food. Ordered grilled chicken from this place and what I got was rotten, smelly, and clearly unsafe to eat. The stench hit me the moment I opened the box — it was unbearable. I managed just one bite before I had to spit it out. Completely inedible!

Tried contacting Zomato for a return/refund – useless, no proper response. Then I called the restaurant, and guess what? They cut my call and didn’t bother responding after that. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible.

I’ve already filed a complaint with the food safety officer. This kind of food is a health hazard! I’m shocked they are allowed to run a kitchen.

Please DO NOT order from here. If you value your health, stay away. Their chicken is so bad, you can’t even smell it without gagging....

I have bought from this shop ten times so far. I have never been satisfied with their service. Their business is not done in the service system but in the Katapanchayat system.
