Hotel GRAND KUBERA — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I am regular visitor of this hotel and now its my 4th time staying here. Every time, I found that the service is becoming poor. Now, the staff is not at all caring about the quality service and their attitude is also quite unacceptable, and often very rude and arrogant behavior. I won't recommend this hotel to anybody due to this. ||From my first visit in January, 2018 onwards, I was complaining the staff about the poor clarity of TV and till now it has not been improved. This time, mosquito problem was also there in the room. When I complained about this, the reply was very rude from the staff.||Apart from this, they charged one day extra payment from me ...I booked the room for 3 days from Monday morning 5:30 am onwards. Wednesday night itself, I informed the staff that I will be checking out next day morning and they can keep the bill ready. Thursday morning at 7:30 ,when I asked to give bill, they informed me that I have stayed one our extra and for that I have to pay rent for one more day. Normally in all other hotels, there will be some allowance in the checkout time..usually they will give one hour consideration...here in my case, I stayed three continuous days and at the time of check out, it was only 2 hours extra from my check-in time. Their point was that the bills are automatically created by the billing software, which is not my fault....Anyway, for that mere extra one hour, I paid 2000 Rs. additionally. The water was coming very slow in the shower and the toilet health faucet gun. You need some more time to finish your shower and cleaning your *

The cushion and the table were dusty.

If you want a pleasant sleep, then you need to turn off the AC. It was noisy a bit.

Try to book directly from the hotel website. Because, booking.com is not communicating your room booking to Grand kubera properly.

The bath room needs to be cleaned... looks like it's was not cleaned for a long time or the hotel is getting older. 🤔 Ex: look at the bathroom door from inside.

The towels are not clean. You may see some dirty on it. Looks like a rust from the hanging line.

Your wifi may not connect with the wifi password. But the receptionist will fix the problem.

Complementary breakfast was good.

The hotel staffs were ok.

You get a newspaper 📰 daily morning in your room.

First day I got a bottle of water but the second day i was not lucky.

I hope management will look into these points.

It's a humble request not to use the same statement, "" our boss family's function"" so all the rooms are occupied. You told me the same dialog in February 2019 and March 2022. 😆🤣

Please take these points positively and try to fix it. Else Pondicherry is just 1 hour far...
