KVR Guest House — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Clean and well maintained for the price you pay. Close to main road. For emergency there is a hospital close by at walking diatance. There are Banks and ATM too in visinity. At 1500/- for an A/c room for a day, I felt the facilities are quite reasonable. There is a LED TV (I had LG 28' ) fitted with Airtel DTH (didn't work for me though. And I was really not in a mood to watch anything on it anyways). There is a comfortable twin bed, can fit in 3 people with ease. Neat and big bathroom with geyser for hot water. A small cupboard for clothes, a chair and a center table. There are other spaces to keep your luggage here and there in the room. I did not interact with the staff much. But felt quite friendly in the approach with whatever little I dealt with them for.

1. They first gave an AC room. After some two to three hours, I was asleep, the AC failed to work by 3 AM. However, they altered another room only by morning 10 AM. While it went good for a day, Power Shut happened in the middle of my second day. So, they again asked me to move to a third room. While I booked Deluxe AC room, they shown a window AC room. So, I lost my cool and vacated in the middle of stay. However, the staff was much anger to me despite they failed to provide proper room. My best suggestion for people who are visiting Villupuram, it is better to find a hotel in Pondy which is some 40 Kms...
