One of the filtered somberi manager and restaurant staff I have seen. Hotel is still in stone age. Only cash and you will not get bill. Seeing all the 1 star rating I did not believe it until I experienced it. Food taste is average but costly. Waiter is so lazy he will not go to kitchen to check if an item is available and simply say it is not available. This is one of the best example of how one should not run a hotel. Go here if you want to have the worst...

Very bad experience after had food. I tried to pay through card and the cashier responded in rude manner and simply telling no card. Most of them are not carrying cash and if no g pay or something.card payment should be enabled. If the card payment is not accepted,then it should be mentioned through notice board or in entry side. He is not in a position to hear our words.

Cashier should be kind enough to treat customers else he should be changed.

We use to ve food in this hotel.. Today we bought parcel from here.. They packed morning prepared chutney for idly.. I bought this for my child.. Luckily we tasted it. Those side dishes are spoiled.. Thanks God.. We dint give to our kid.. Y we spent this much amount.. For parcel they are giving morning prepared dishes.. For customers in the hotel serving freshly prepared because they catch them in red hand know so only.. GOOD PRACTISE 👏👏👏.. Here after we should not...
