Dolphin Hotels — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I booked a double deluxe room through Makemytrip.com on June 14 and when I reached hotel - they said we don't have double deluxe rooms and they can give only single deluxe room When I asked that I have made reservation through makemytrip then didn't respond properly and I ended up paying money for double deluxe room actually stayed in single room.. So I don't recommend this hotel for booking...

33 yrs old place but that can't be a justification for maintaining it do badly. Door key does not work properly, zero watts bulbs in bathrooms. geyser does work and guests are asked to heat water using immersion rods, stained bedsheets and guests asked to adjust and torn dirty towels. Quite interior from main road. They charge 1000 per day for Non-AC with extra cart for for person, and 1400 for AC. Geyser wasn't proper. Room was good. Poor customer response. No complementary toiletries like soap or shampoo. Customer had to get down to reception to receive them, which was...
