Vishwaa Briyaani (Traditional) — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Hi Team, Overall I would say it's average. Mutton biryani was awesome and it tasted very well and must try. Ambience was too good. I would say you have to train the staff of not standing near the dining always instead they can walk around. we were missing our chit chat with the families which we usually do while eating and it's because they were standing and keep on asking us for next item. Secondly, they were keep on telling to try 'vishwaas naatukozhi porichathu full' dish and we got disturbed too much and we were not allowed to look at even a menu card. Of course you guys must tell your signature dish but not try to convince them to take it as order. We did that mistake today and because of that we were not able to try your other dishes.

Kola urundai was nice.but they came and kept 2 piece of it in our plate immediately not even asked us and we thought that was a compliment. we told them immediately to take away 1 piece from the plate ,they said it's already billed and they refused to take it. I really shocked. Please avoid of not keeping anything in the plate without ordering. Get the order from the customer and serve it. Definitely you guys have taste but only problem in the serving. On 14th September i visited this restaurant as pery friend Mr. Saravanan proff of NPR college. Ambience excellent Service superb Staffs all trained AC good But briyani totally disappointed Waste of money No difference or unique taste in this restaurant Almost all restaurants in Dindigul offer the same taste of briyani except 2 restaurants i don't want to mention the name here. Kindly visit Madurai and taste some some restaurant briyani. Very very costly your briyani and the chicken I ordered bone less was half cooked. The egg briyani half plate rate is Rs, 400/- it is not a 3 or 5 star hotel it is a AC restaurant only why toooooooo much of cost not good for business

The only thing I fully happy with the பாயாசம் a small quantity very nice i requestef one more cup really it was good and excellent taste. As a hotelier i suggest you please reduce your price try to give your best briyani please do visit some famous briyani restaurants in Madurai and change the taste My intention is not to degrade your restaurant.
