Room was well furnished and clean. There were mosquitoes in room. There was no mosquito repellent. So, didn't have a sound sleep. Soap was provided only after request. I booked room in single occupancy, so the staff came and took away the extra pillow, but didn't inform front desk. In morning, my check out was delayed as the staff on duty found that pillow was missing. Then I had to explain that pillow was taken by staff, then check out was processed. Pathetic place in all ways. We were charged Rs.2200/- per room, we had taken 2 rooms. Bad sad rooms - not worth the price. Loads of mosquitoes & when asked on this, the front desk guy spoke arrogantly & said that mosquitoes were in the room due to our fault - ridiculous. In room phones were there - not working - not connected - were kept only for show. A bill at check out, which was pre- printed. Have too much money to be wasted then go here..... utter sad place &...
