One of the best hotel I stayed in...Right from the reception, the hospitality need to be mentioned the staff was polite, courteous and willing to assist us always. The rooms were thoughtfully designed and arranged keeping in mind the need of customers. Rooms were neat and very comfortable. Room service guys was also very well trained with a smile on their face and well mannered. I had buffet breakfast the spread and the food was too good and I ordered from the restaurant for dinner, the biriyani they served was just perfect a special mention to the chefs..overall the food was very good. Noteworthy to mention there is a small pool in the basement which my kid enjoyed swimming and even the security managing the swimming pool was ready to assist with switching on the small fountain setup in the pool with a smile and good attitude that made us feel wow..Overall this hotel is highly recommended for family to stay in Nellai without an iot of doubt..Hospitality is their key, excellent stay and very good food and all this credit should go to the management who puts in a lot of effort to shape it up. Let me start by admitting that I was taken by surprise when I entered in the room due to unexpected splendid appearance of it. It was very well maintained, clean, unflashy but elegant room. Bathroom was very clean and well maintained as well. Honestly speaking, being it in a small city my expectations were low but it did turn out to be otherwise. The room I got had a very nice view outside from glass window. I enjoyed sitting next to it gazing gorgeous evening view outside while having the sips of nice coffee served by very courteous and helpful staff over there. All in all it was very soothing after a hectic day and very nice one night stay at this hotel.

Beside all the experiences, all the basic things like AC, wifi, ample sockets, hot Water supply, coffee maker, lamp, safe etc were in place and all were working fine. Only wifi ditched me in night for sometime.

The area where they must improve is the food. Breakfast and dinner both lagged in variety and tastes ( though it was managble) though it looked hygienic.

If your stay is two or three nights I guess this place...

Our family of four recently stayed at this hotel. There were many good things. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was also very courteous and the food was excellent. I looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. It was delicious!

The room itself was ok. I appreciated the hot water in the shower. There was also toilet paper for this Westerner, ha ha. I assume the A/C also worked, although we didn't need to use it as the weather was very pleasant. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling and the sink leaked onto the floor every time we used it.

The Wifi didn't seem to work. We tried in many places and at different times. We also asked the front desk staff about it, but none of the passwords we were given ever worked on any of our devices. Also, the swimming pool area is in terrible disarray. It is dark and underground, and there are piles of broken furniture everywhere. I did not feel comfortable swimming there or allowing my children to swim. The area needs to be cleaned up.
