Disappointing Experience with this worst hotel in tirunelveli

I recently traveled from Nagercovil to this hotel specifically to purchase their noole parotta. I bought seven parottas along with butter chicken and Malabari chicken. However, upon returning to Nagercovil and opening the parcel, I discovered they had given me normal parottas instead of the noole parottas I had ordered.

This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the effort and time spent. To make matters worse, the hotel does not have a contact number available, making it impossible to address the issue with them directly.

Atmosphere was awesome. It was peaceful and comfortable. We felt uncomfortable to place order to the waiter. He was not enough polite and ready to show any empathy on receiving orders as we are new to the place we expected some guidance from him

A good place to have a meal in Tirunelveli. The service was super attentive and the waiter went the extra mile to make sure that we enjoyed the meal. Ample parking space. We went for lunch so didn't try the garden seating. Will return for dinner sometime. We were looking for a comfort meal so ordered the usual: naan, butter chicken, bbq chicken and lassi.
