Hotel Venkateswara is an average place to stay, but it’s well-located right on the highway and opposite the bus stand, which is very convenient. They also have ample covered underground parking, which is a big plus.
The room itself was basic but fair for the ₹2000-ish price we paid. However, it could definitely be better maintained. The bathroom, in particular, was shabby and not cleaned properly (attached pictures speak for themselves). There's also no hot water, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel does have a lift, which is a convenient feature, and the staff were really helpful and nice, which made the stay more pleasant.
Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and bathroom maintenance. Would recommend for a short stay if you need a budget option, but don't expect...

The cleanliness was also very poor. Both rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bedsheets and bathroom had a foul smell. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay.
Despite all this, I booked a superior-type room. See the photographs for how superior it is. The Hotel charges ₹2240 per night, which is completely unreasonable. You can find far better accommodation nearby at a lower price. Definitely not...
