I visited this popular restaurant with high expectations, but my experience was a mixed bag. Here's a breakdown:

Today I have visited Dindigul Thalappakatti Restuarant Tirunelveli around 08.00 pm.

Ordered chicken biriyani, chicken tikka & two wheat parotta.

Briyani taste is worst and horrible, I never ate this kind of worst and useless briyani in my life time.

They provided parotta after 30 minutes, we kept the parotta as it's in plate. It tastes like pappad.

I have read reviews after completing my dinner. Their feedbacks are true, no action items taken on the review. I don't why the hotel management responded to it.

Today I too registered my complaint in the cash counter, they responded like briyani is prepared from Nagercoil & delivered to tirunelveli. We don't know what the hell is happening over there.

Please don't visit this place with expectations and brand name. I can assure cent percent from my end that u will get disappointment & high pressure for sure.

Many times I have ordered briyani in chennai branches like Velachery, Ashok Nagar & Medavakkam. Taste always be unique and they maintained the brand name & it's trust worthy for money.

But this Tirunelveli branch, dishes are like hell. Not even the items mentioned in their menu itself not available around 08.00 pm. The supplier and in-charge's answers will be like "always no it's...

We 2 girls Visted Dindigul thalapakkati situated in new busstand Tirunelveli. Happened to visit at the wrong time of 5 30.Expected no food at such a time.To our surprise the receptionist said that the restaurant is still open.We asked for chicken briyani and chicken 65,but the supervisor told us that there is no meal course except mutton briyani.We dont eat mutton but as we had no choice we ordered it.Later we saw the receptionist placing orders chicken briyani to other customers who came after us.To confirm this we even asked the server if there is chicken briyani available he said that it is available and i deliberately told him that ur supervisor said that only mutton briyani is available ,He thought for a second and told us let me confirm it.Then we called the supervisor and inquired about the same...He was not responding properly.. And i could see that he was trying to convey this to receptionist as i was directly sitting opposite to her..Instead of paying 400 we ended paying double the amount of 800 .To increase their sale they do this kind of manipulation to their customers..Extremely disappointed with the staff there and never going to visit...
