R.Ve.R.Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Frankly, the rooms are economical & the place is neat & clean. The single rooms allotted were with balconies & hot water was there 24/7.

The concern was with the consistent pestering for advance payment. They (sweetly) heckled my friend persistently for the advance payment the first day we checked in... Which we passed off as "ok". It was the second day when we kinda got irritated because they again started pushing us to pay them in advance. Despite saying that we'll settle the bill while checking out, they refused. It gave is an impression as if they doubted we'll scoot away without paying, which was not possible at all anyhow, coz our bikes were parked overnight, in their garage & they kept it locked.

Also, the blankets provided were clearly a full blanket cut into two... It didn't even cover the width of the bed. ☹️ With every turn on bed, you'll realise it doesn't cover your body & I'm just 5 foot skinny person... Still.. 🤦‍♀️

The beds are small and for an over-average person would be very uncomfortable. My friend who was over 6 feet in height had very bad nights, trying to sleep on the short beds. When he requested for a sheet as blankets were small, they gave him a 4*4 tablecloth (perhaps) 😆

It's just that they acted very stingy & miserly in the above incidents that I give them 3 star. Else the place is actually good enough for a night's stay. RO water for drinking, pious place with prayers conducted... Though the noise can be very irritating early morning &...

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. This is worse place to stay. I’m on the road last few days and stayed at few other hotels. But this is outright worse place. I booked a Non-AC room and the room was so bad that they didn’t even dusted it properly and all sheets are stinking, ceiling is filled with spiders. We were tired and I don’t have choice, so we stayed there for a night. You see all the images attached here. I wouldn’t even give 1 star rating for this place. When I called they said water will be only luke warm, but they are straight cold water. Far from warm. When I complained about the issues, instead of being polite, the guy at the reception/lobby very rude and yelling at me. He claimed that he told me about this nasty thing before. Who would in their right mind stay after knowing all these. But he blatantly blaming me for taking this room. He sounded too silly and stupid. So I please avoid this place.

Here you can see the comments of the owner and how rude he is. What ever he replied below is all false. They never offered any higher price room. First of chesper rooms doesn’t have to fill with dust and cockroaches. Now you can safely assume how they are trying to deflect the problem on customers themselves .PLEASE STAY AWAY...
