Worst experience. I booked two standard airconditioned rooms online. Front office executive refused to accept my online booking. After convincing the receptionist, I checked in at 8pm. He said it is valid for 12hours only though my check out time was 12noon. He demanded Rs.100 as cleaning charges for each room at the time of the check-out (9.30am) Aircondition cooling is very bad. No drinking water served in the room. Torn bath Towels. Plug points not working. Not able to charge my mobile. Used toiletries given except bath soap. TV transmission quality is poor full of grains. Located just around 100 meters away from pudukottai bus stand.Rooms are big,clean but the bathroom looks old and untidy.They provided sofa set inside my room which was usefull for small group discussions.Separate dining table kind of furniture was also present in the room.Complementary breakfast is just okish .For the cost of Rs.2800 its not worth the money except for the prime location where its situated.Instead people can opt Hotel Saradha Grande if they have own vehicle/rented cab with them. This by far the decent hotel you can find in pudukkottai but it's still worst for a two star hotel font book it for the view in photos it's quiet old there are cracks on roofs and wall bathroom not properly maintained ||Main problem there is a bar at downstairs so you can't come with family here there is always alcohol smell and it's served in rooms also ||So its better to stay in trichy than to stay...
