Kings Bakes came back to Pudukkottai city

Then: 4 years back Kings Bake in only a shop which attracted more crowd. Because of their chat varieties and open chair setup.

Now: Kings Bake is one of the shop in the city. In the meantime lot of good pastry shops came in relay. It’s looks like not a come back. But, they just came back in the same place. Ambience looks pleasant. It’s closed and air conditioned. Service is also good. We have not tried much varieties.

we have tried a ice cake - red velvet

Price - 150₹ (packing was good- in a plastic casket)

I am not a big fan of red velvet. My previous experience with red velvet cakes was very bad. But this cake which I tried today was out of the world. Which literally melted inside my mouth and which just slide through my food pipe to the stomach. It’s so damn!

Yes the price looks little cozy. However, If you are a red velvet cake lover. You will definitely enjoy it.

I had one cake in dine-in and one cake as takeaway. 🫣

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of revisiting this cafe after what seemed like an eternity of it being closed. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with the familiar cozy ambiance and the delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be back in action, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.

While my overall experience was quite positive, I must mention that the brownie I ordered seemed to have been slightly over heated. However, despite this small hiccup, it still managed to satisfy my sweet tooth.

In terms of service, the staff was attentive and accommodating, which certainly enhanced my visit. I appreciate their efforts in maintaining safety protocols, making me feel comfortable during my time there.

Overall, it was a decent experience, and I'm glad to see this cafe reopen its doors. With a little tweaking here and there, they'll surely be back to delivering exceptional...

Good atmosphere fully closed and air conditioner. Interior design was super when compared to before.
