Need a lot of patience and tolerance to dine in or take away.

Visited the restaurent for Lunch as it is new in the town-Take away. Worst experience. Walked out frustrated without food because of the poor service.

1.25 PM : Reached the restaurent. Approached billing counter for parcel. Huge crowd and no queue system 1.40 PM : Placed my order: Biriyani. Waited in the crowd. 2.00 PM : Asked the waiter on the status on my order. No proper response. 2.10 PM : Asked another waiter. No response. 2.20 PM : Asked the billing counter. Then they notice few orders in queue are unaddressed. He announces loud to the waiters that old orders are left unaddressed. No response. 2.30 PM: Asked the supervisor. He collected my bill. Then they notice Biriyani is over. 2.40 PM: The supervisor says, we will deliver in 10 min. At the same time, a table waiter says to another customer that it will take 30 minutes.

I understood the situation. Asked for refund. Walked away after 1 hour of useless waiting.

2.50 PM: Left Anjappar and Visited Karthick Mess. 3.00 PM: Received my order - Biriyani at Karthick Mess and went home.

Staff is ready to help anytime They’re really professional and courteous Warm behaviour of the staff will prompt us to visit this South Indian Restaurant again

Appam with Coconut Milk tastes exquisite Mutton Paya is not spicy Bt full of flavour Ceylon Parotta is really nice

Only negative is that there’s no Parking facility for Four wheelers in front of...

If I could rate them zero, I would. Very rude staff, allowed us into the restaurant to dine nearing their closing hour. BTW we didn't know that it was their closing time. Could have stopped us at the entrance, but they let us in and then they kept repeating that it's closing time and kept rushed us into taking our orders. Only after we sat down they said they only have fried rice, thosai, and prata.
