Kpn Karthi Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Very worst experience in this hotel. The owner, Murugan, is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We arrived at midnight, and the receptionist/manager gave us a room for ₹1500 per day. We stayed for 3 days and paid ₹4500 in advance. But the next morning, Murugan sent his staff and started demanding an extra amount, claiming the room rate was actually ₹2500 per day. He said either pay more or check out. He also told me he would return only ₹3000 and cut one day’s rent without reason.

Due to this rude and unfair behavior, I decided to vacate the room immediately. During checkout, after a heated argument, he first refused and then only returned ₹2500 instead of the promised amount. He even tried to take my phone aggressively.

This was a shocking and unsafe experience. I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this property. Do not pay the full amount in advance and avoid dealing with...

Worst and pathetic rooms. No privacy, if somebody come for room booking they don’t mind knocking your door to show the room. Even if ladies stays also they don’t mind knocking it. It happened for our family ladies. No water heater, stains in all bed cover and bed sheet, stinking room. They will change room rates when they feel like. No constant price on room rates. We have good hotels even star category hotels charge same price. Please be more cautious before booking and also it’s not near and bathroom horrible one. Room Booked for stay on 29-AUG-2023 through makemytrip, but room not provided stating no vacancy after reaching the lodge early morning 5 AM. I kept calling post booking on their customer care number provided but no response. They didn't have the courtesy to inform prior they were overbooked. When I initially entered they asked 4500 for AC room but when I showed my booking, all they wanted is rent for more money Rs. 3000 for Double room non AC that too without receipt claiming it will be like that...
