Hotel Prime Classic — Hotel in Telangana

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Prime Classic, Shamshabad, and overall it was a pleasant experience worth mentioning.

The first thing that impressed me was the proximity to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, which makes it a convenient choice for travelers catching early morning or late-night flights. The hotel provides a smooth check-in process, and the staff was welcoming, courteous, and eager to assist with luggage and queries.

The rooms were clean, decently spacious, and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the linen looked fresh. Bathrooms were tidy, with proper hot water supply. Wi-Fi speed was adequate for both work and entertainment.

One of the highlights was the in-house dining service. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and served on time. The menu offered both North and South Indian varieties, which was a plus. Room service was prompt, and staff maintained polite communication throughout.

The hotel also ensures a good level of safety and hygiene, which gave me confidence during my stay. Though parking space is a little limited, the management arranges it smoothly.

Overall, Hotel Prime Classic is a budget-friendly, reliable option near Shamshabad Airport. It may not be ultra-luxurious, but for business trips, transit stays, or short family visits, it offers excellent...

I am giving this as 2 star only because of the service. The rooms are excellent. Very neat, clean, cozy but their service is horrible. If we order 1 bottle of water it will take 1hrs to reach to your room. One afternoon I called the reception to order food at 12.45 and they even took the order, after 1 hrs or so, I just called to see what is happening and they mentioned that the kitchen is already closed and nobody had the decency to even call and inform me. I just ordered 1 thing which is Lemon rice and ordered the same 15mins before the close time. Next day I tried ordering something they said that they don't close the kitchen. The staff doesn't have any idea what is going on in the hotel as I have been asking for laundry service from 4 days and even gave my room key so that if the dhoobi comes then they can take the clothes, i have been calling the reception and God know who else to laundry service and all they can say is they will let me know. And on 5th day when I asked the same question they said that laundry guy already came last night and they didn't inform us. To be Frank we were going mad with the worst services and very horrible attitude.

If you are tea lover, never have the tea from here. The worst tea that I had in my life plus the a small cup of tea costs you 30rs. Very costly...

We booked room in Prime Classic as we had some task nearby and when we arrived they sent us to their another hotel nearby comfort Prime. During booking they asked us to trasfer one day charge n sent one QR code and once we trasferd money thy called us and said tht QR code is of some pick up auto drivers and they didn't receive money, we were in shock and finally they told our room is booked, on arrival sent us to comfort Prime hotel where TATA sky was not working, it was asking to charge and they never updated untill our 2 days of stay. When it came to breakfast where thy promised unlimited breakfast thy gave us 2 small cup of Pongal and 4 vadas, where as we clearly told we are 3 people. They provided small bottel of water instead of 1 liter, one set of toiletries for 3 people and toilet had small water heater which can get u 2 mug of hot water. Next day staff is telling no complimentary breakfast and if we ask owner thy say how staff can say tht, will ask them..This drama they did well and it was not a satisfactory stay..We don't...
