I stayed in this hotel with my husband for almost eleven nights. It was a great experience to stay there as me and my husband felt like home. The staff is very polite and helpful. They are very efficient in their services. We were stuck for so long due to flight cancellation and lock down in Hyderabad. The staff updated us with all important information in time before lock down. The manager went out of the way to help us. He brought us from other hotel to his hotel in his car and even helped me with my food shopping. I really appreciate his kind gesture towards his guests. He put all his effort to make our stay comfortable. There are very few people like him who seriously do there job to make sure that no guests face any problems during there stay in the hotel.
The place is very safe even if you are an alone woman traveller. The hotel is very close to many ATM's and shops for daily needs. They were very flexible with the check in time and check out time due to the flight situations and lock down in Hyderabad. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Every floor has good CCTV surveillance. The best part of the room was the double glazed windows. Even if you are close to Airport, you don't hear much. The room was very quiet. Not only that there was mosquito screen on window which makes a complete sense in India where mosquitoes are a big problem. Anytime you need fresh air just open the window without worrying about mosquitoes. The price we paid for the room was very very affordable. I would give five stars to this place as there is nothing I can complaint about. Good room space, nice and clean bed, TV, Tea coffee maker, AC, supporting staff, clean bathroom, nice shower, efficient room service. What more can you expect! Read moreI booked three rooms in Hotel Signature Airport Zone, Shamshabad ( Hyderabad ) on the portal of MMT on 8th July 2023 for 14th & 15th August, 2023 . Paid full amount of booking on 04/08/2023. I also requested on mobile no. available on portal ( responded by Mr. Prathavi Raj ) to keep proper rooms for us since we will reach by late evening on 14th August, 2023 and all are around 65 years of age. Similar msg sent on 14th also but not responded despite having read all message by concerned person.|When we reached hotel at 10.30 pm on 14th August, 2023 , it was shocking that rooms offered to us were on different floors and one room no 401 was on roof without any basic facilities . When insisted for proper room allotment, it has been rudely spoken by Mr Nawaz who was very inefficiently handling the guests at that time ( 10.30 pm ) that we may cancel our booking if don’t want to stay in allotted rooms. He also connected ( after lot of insistence ) us to some senior person ( Ms Lalitha ) who also given same rude reply to us. |Rooms allotted to us were having dirty bathrooms , Fans were making sound, torn bed sheet in room no 107, no all out machine. Staff handling at night time was very unskilled and could not manage so many problems. They could not manage basic facilities in room no 401 for 2 hours despite repeated phone and 3-4 times visit at reception. They have provided one towel in each room despite having two guests in room. No body lotion bottle available in hotel. The entire experience has been nothing short of a scam, and I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
Despite multiple attempts to contact your agency for cancellation, the lack of response raised serious concerns. Upon trying to cancel through your website, I was informed that only the hotel booking could be canceled, not the entire reservation. This inconsistency is unacceptable.
After countless calls, I was informed that the hotel's decision to refund rested solely on them. When I arrived at Hotel Signature Hyderabad, my requests were met with denial from the staff. To exacerbate matters, I discovered that the room rate I paid, allegedly in collaboration with your agency, was significantly higher than the actual price listed on both Make My Trip and Quest 2 Travel websites.
I am having evidence that both entities are running scams under the guise of corporate plans in association with Make My Trip.
I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter, along with a full refund for the amount I paid. Failing prompt resolution, I am prepared to escalate this issue through legal channels, social media platform and expose these fraudulent practices to relevant authorities and the public.
