I am writing this review with my fresh experience Yes I am giving 1 stars for this property only because bed was comfortable and sambar and dosa was good. Apart from that plz mind it nothing was even nice. Property is costly like hell. Food is at par expensive . Obviously i am comparing quality and taste with money we pay. Room service was hopeless.we were there with a group for a wedding. And we were feeling like this is the first ever time this resort is hosting a group. Buggies was not available at any time and every time we call reception the people were irritated like" how many times to tell buggies are on floor it will take another 10 min" we manged with out them all the time but for elderly guest we had to wait for almost half an hour because they couldn't manage long walks and steps. And many times we saw they parked at corner just beside reception entry but were not sent to calls. On day one there was no hot water in tap. Every time we complained they promised to send someone but no one came in whole 48 hrs stay. We had to use bathroom of neighbours. Called the reception for cleaning bathroom on day one but nobody came. And yes they do came on next day when we repeatdly said NOT to open the room when no one is here. But they did. There was no any missing thing like jewellery ,electronics gadgets or gifts but service should follow instructions.
More over there was open bathroom and within bathroom there wasn't any separator or simple curtain. I really wonder why they haven't given any provision. Using open bathroom should be choice not mandatory thing. That was absolutely heads down from all the elderlies in the group . There wasn't any batmat / floor mat in bathroom. ( In nobodies bathroom.here to specify we had almost 30 rooms there) Isn't it necessary? Not even hooks to hang clothes. In most of bathrooms exhaust was not working. All rooms had AC but no fan. Why so? It's good for summers but aren't you planning this property to provide any comfort in winters? Or whatever you called to colder days as in November here in india? One queen size bed and a sofa for 4 adults was alotted and we were like hello plz help us understand how to adjust .. so we finally asked them to provide extra floor mattress. And out of all odds it was delivered at room at deep night 2:30 pm. For all 4 meals menu was same with minor changes and tasteless. Yes there were more than 20 dishes all time but what's the use if it's tasteless and cold .. naan or indianbread was like rubber they didn't even care to even keep the dishes prepared or continuety in supply. Disclaimer Warning: Given the ongoing issue with fraudulent websites, a prominent disclaimer or warning could be placed on the Google serch Engine when anyone tried searching your resort as on the top fraud websites are poping up. Additionally, when someone searches for the resort, a warning should pop up alerting potential guests to be cautious of fake websites.
Communication and Proactive Measures: As a popular and reputed resort, your team should take proactive steps to regularly monitor and combat such fraudulent activities. While raising complaints with Google and cybercrime authorities is a step in the right direction, these scams could severely damage your resort's reputation and lead to significant financial losses for your customers.
We were looking forward to our stay at your resort, but this experience has left us feeling disheartened. I hope that you can understand the inconvenience and financial burden this has caused. While it is reassuring to know that you are aware of the issue, I strongly urge your team to take immediate and more stringent measures to prevent further incidents.

The property is undoubtedly huge and beautiful but the price I spent didn't feel up to the mark. I would have got clean & better service and complimentary breakfast for a lesser cost. I had booked 2 rooms Palm Villa ~ 307 & 308 for 20k (without any complimentary meal) for a one day stay (booked via Agoda) Firstly, I asked for an early check-in which wasn't possible, I understand and therefore we reached the resort at 2 pm but still, our rooms weren't ready. We were asked to wait another 30-40 mins or to have lunch in the meantime, after disagreeing with the fact we got one room for a moment. While we walk towards our room I could see the property wasn't well maintained, it's was too dusty, the pounds were without water and dried, there was dried leaves n flowers all over the property which gave us a very awful feeling. We reached our room called Palm Villa, it isn't "Villa" it's just a room little more spacious compare to the standard ones. The room was hygiene and clean, but many things we're missed and not functional...like non-functional swimming pool, hand towers n mats were missing, only one bath towel and dental kit provided. No hot water, No hairdryer, the iron didn't work at all and neither the refrigerator. Two rooms had two different size TV 32" and 52". Both rooms had something or the other missing or different in terms of the facility. Around 2:30 pm we went for lunch at poolside but we're told that table isn't available and they can't arrange one as they needed the place by 3 pm for some Valentine day celebration preparation, also the other restaurant was reserved and we got to know that it had to be pre-booked (the only option was room service). After some concern raised the manager agreed to arrange the table the poolside cabana, only Asian foos was a choice n Biryani. Well, I must say the service was very slow and the beer was warm but the food was excellent. The nonveg platter was good and BIRYANI was awesome. I guess the kitchen is one for all the restaurant and room service hence the dinner was excellent too. Both starters the veg & non-veg, butter roti, dal tadka and Mutton Biryani was flavorful 🌟.
I know it's a very long review but I wanted to share my experiences. In short, the food is very good but the stay is very costly for the given services and maintenance. I felt it was a waste of money with limitation of services.
