vetro — Restaurant in Telangana

Went to this restaurant on a Tuesday, being Eid we understood the staff was less and the service was taking time. We ordered a basic chicken starter, a curry and naans. We waited patiently for 1.5 hours. Upon asking about our order, the waiter dint even remember our order which was disappointing. Then the waiter gets us a dish which we did not order. Mr.Prasanna comes over and tells us our food will take a while and to try out this dish. So that’s when they actually placed our order. After a while we got our starter. In the mean time we witnessed a table infront of us have a wrong order given to them. And we knew it our naans and curry that was given to them. They were vegetarians and checked the curry was chicken, one of them had a bit of a naan as well. We were watching everything that was happening, 10 mins later Mr.Prasanna took the dishes to the side table where the empty and used dishes were placed. And he put them on a tray and got them to our table. When questioned multiple times, he denied getting them from the other table where as all of us saw him do it. He denied it multiple times. This behavior is totally unacceptable and annoying. When we waited patiently for so long for our order, this was deeply disheartening. Never going back to this place ever again. Ambience was good, however the experience was disappointing. We ordered mix veg handi and the sabji had lots of boiled potatoes, which also we were okay with...but the price they were charging for it, putting so much potatoes was little weird. Once we started having, we realised boiled potatoes were stale and smelly...since they took lot of time to bring the dish we did not think of returning and waiting for another half an hour for replaced dish...as we were hungry and it was already 9.30pm so we had to rush back home...we removed potatoes and had sabji somehow. Later when we asked the staff to call chef...he didn't call. While payment we asserted it to manager, to which he said it's smell and aroma of spices..lol what an excuse to escape! He started offering complimentary ice cream... which we denied. Overall they spoiled our entire fine dining experience...for which we drove all the way...

Probably the worst. We reserved dinner seating for 10 members in vetro to celebrate my wife's birthday. We arrived on time and entered a completely empty hotel. We were kind of glad that we had the place to ourselves but soon we started realizing all the quirks. The staff was inexperienced and ill managed by their superior. It took them more than an hour to get ONE starter, took them more than 20 min to get a glass of warm water. The manager took our order and disappeared for nearly 30mins, leaving the restaurant to the inexperienced staff. We pulled off the plug after an hour realizing it's not worth spending our time and money on them
