Read the whole horrible experience, hotel seems to be run by LIERS and morally completly incompetent people !!! We booked the hotel for two nights to stay there for 7000rupees in total. We checked in early and spend the day outside the hotel. Came back at 11pm and there was water everywhere in the Hotel, at least 5 cm high. It was the first mosoon rain for the season and the hotel wasnt prepared since the said they were renovating and the Rain came through the open roof. Water was EVERYWHERE !!!the elevator didnt work and while we climbed the stairs to the 5th floor, alot of water came running in our direction since it was coming from the roof, down the stairs. Felt like in Titanic. After we reached our room, the water also was there 5 cm high and my luggage bags completly wet!!! The employes acted as nothing had happend and they had our mobilephone numbers and could have at least called once the water was EVERYWHERE to tell US to Safe our luggage and check Out. So we were there and told we will check out and they promised a full refund of 7000rupees the next day on the bank account we paid with. The water was an accident and we accepted it and went to another Hotel in the middle of the night. ||||The HORRIBLE treatment began afterwards: ||Day1: The next day the money wasnt refunded, so we called them and they said they will send it asap.||Day2: still NO MONEY called again, were promised the full refund once again asap||Day3: still NO ReFUND, called again, we were promised the money was sent and they will WhatsApp the proof of transaction||Day4: still NO REFUND and No Proof of transaction was sent, Then they told us Out of a sudden we were just given half the money back. we had to requests to Talk to the manager. we got her in the phone,made to Talk to the accountant, Manager. The Lady promised a full refund asap, she would do IT her self Just right away. ||Day 4: couple of hours later, still No Money, called again, the accountant, manager ' was Out for Lunch' and not reachable||Day5: STILL NO MONEY, called again, the employe said he doesnt know anything, doesnt know the managers Phone number since it was His First day of Work. (We defently assume that was another foolish lie)||Later that day, we called again and another employe said the Accountant, Manager was out for today||Day6: still No Money, we told them we are not in Thane at the moment but If they dont send the money the day itself we will Go to the Police and make a complaint. The Woman Said she sends the money right away and a Proof of transaction||Day7: STILL NO REFUND, we told them again we will File a complaint. They Said they are Sending the money. After a few minutes they call and say their bankaccount was blocked and they couldnt send the money. So we should come and Pick Up Cash. We assume they said that since they knew we were not in town. They didnt know we flew back to thane that day itself. So we told them to prepare the cash, we will be there in the aftenoon. ( I am sure they were really dissappointed to hear that).||Day7: So we reach the hotel and the employe looks as us when we tell him we are there for the refund, as he knows nothing. There I totally lost it. I had to yell at him to give us the refund or i will go straight to the cops. He called his boss and were told to give us the cash. We finally recieved it. My husband had to sign that we recieved the refund. I asked him to wait with the sign until we have the cash in our hand. The employe said: no Madam, its not like that. - I really assumed they make us sign something and dont hand out the refund.||If the employe at this day really wasnt informed or prepared for another lie is not clear.||What is clear is, that this hotel IS RUN BY MORALLY WRONG LIERS that dont care about their costumers at all and dare to bring up lies every day !!!! Occasion : Family Function Hotel: OK - Hygeine - I Noticed a few cockroaches near the buffet spread Pricing: High Hospitality & Decoration: Pathetic & rude (Miss Rupali also threatened to cancel the event in front of guests) Food: average. We had to wait almost 20-25 minutes for Chapatis/rotis overtime. Also they were serving the snacks every 30 minutes. There was a long wait all the time

Well, this was our third party at this Hotel. the only request we made was for a Sofa. Miss Rupali directed us to their 'Monopoly' decorators. They showed us the pics and we chose one which had sofa in the picture with decoration. When we arrived there was no sofa. We asked Rupali to arrange one and speak to decorators as they have not provided one as per the picture showed to us. Rupali refused saying thats your 'lookout'! We said let us speak to your manager. She said she was the owner! Then after some convincing they brought a sofa which had holes and scratches. we asked the boy to cover it with some cloth and apply tapes so that it doesn't slip. Rupali madam became agitated and said don't apply tapes! Rupali madam insisted that decoration is not their lookout! But who do we complain to if decorator defaults? Its a monopoly and we cannot use any other decorator. Moreover the decoration guy was never there. and he came only when the guests had arrived. Decorator gave a pathetic and NONSENSE reply 'sir sofa hamare ghar ka hai..not a part of the decoration' Well what is it doing in the photograph then (which was shared on WhatsApp for selection) ???placed at the very centre. He started arguing in front of the guests. RUPALI madam went on to threaten saying 'I am removing my sofa' and cancel the event'. after the party began she came again and said your party started at 5 and should end at 9 sharp. I will remove the food. They took our 2 hours to argue and the party started at 7!
Food was average and serving was really bad I must say.
