This place is an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Let me tell you, the place was a freaking disaster. The walls were stained and disgusting, and the bathroom was even worse - mold and grime everywhere. It's like they've never heard of cleaning before.

But that's not even the worst part. Every single wall plug point in my room was so old and worn out that they kept falling out. And don't even get me started on the staff. They barged into my room without permission to change the sheets and then had the freaking nerve to expect me to change them myself.

This is a old property which the management is not paying too much attention to. ||I happend to stay in it as i had booked through OYO rooms under their premium category. I assume that that was the best of the rooms available with them. The rooms were pretty ok.||But they take a beating in service, the team is a set of good people but need a lot of training, which obviously the management has to provide.||They provide you a mattress for a extra person.||For the breakfast you have to get into a Udpi styled restaurant in the same premises and order for a few select items from the menu. Please change the person who is attending calls on reception , I called few mins ago to book some rooms for my company staff and clients , he didn't even listen to me . I mentioned that I'm calling from so and so company he hanged up the call on my face . This was very very rude behavior from your side . I bet that next time I am never calling here for reservations.
