I recently visited Veg Sizzles, a newly opened pure vegetarian restaurant in Thane's Waghale Estate, for a team lunch. This two-storey restaurant has only been around for a few months. The ambience is the highlight, offering a luxurious feel with its eye-catching chandelier, textured walls, and large windows that create a bright and elegant atmosphere. The menu features a variety of options in starters, main courses, and desserts. We started with manchow and mushroom soup, both of which were piping hot and delicious. For starters, we ordered a paneer platter and kebabs, which were quite good. Given the restaurant's name, we tried two of their sizzlers but were disappointed by the taste—it wasn't up to the mark and took a lot of time to arrive. However, the cherry on the cake was the soothing dal khichdi, which was exceptional. Overall, Veg Sizzles is worth a visit for its ambience and some of its dishes, though the sizzlers may not meet...

The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with a clean and vibrant decor that makes you feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was the highlight—absolutely delicious! They offer a wide variety of vegetarian dishes, and each one we tried was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The sizzlers, in particular, were exceptional, sizzling hot with fresh ingredients and unique flavors. I also loved that they had many vegan options available, catering to different dietary needs without compromising on taste.

Coming to food, we wanted to try something continental as it was a huge menu. But none of the items were available.
Paneer chilly is good, but nothing special. Minestrone soup is awesome. Must try! Manchow soup is good. Chhaas was yummy, but a little bit salty. Sweet Lassi was too sweet and a strong elaichi taste due to elaichi powder, which I liked, but not many may like. The pizzas were good, thin & crispy, much better than typical Domino's or Pizza hut. But toppings were less. We tried Neapolitan. Paneer Cheese chilli Sizzler was good. Quantity was decent.
Service was quite slow. They took 15 mins just to fetch the bill. Overall it's a very...
