Fusion Dhaba — Restaurant in Thane

I have a very bad experience. In this dhaba there is Monday to Friday combo offer is there. I visited on 31/07/19 & order one combo ( non -veg) & that order is placed , after some time waiter came & told that , today we are not providing combo , i said why is there any issue ??? So he said we are not providing because of rush..? & If you want then you have to wait about 30 minutes. I said i am ready to wait for 30 minutes. Then another waiter came & said that you have to wait for 1 hour. I said 1st waiter said for 30 minutes & now you said wait for 1 hour. So i said I want to talk with manager , then manager came & told we are not here to answer your questions. I said i am not ask you question , i called you here to resolve the issue, not for argument..

Why you guys are place order..? Why you change time for order ( 30min & 1hour)..?

*Very bad experience i ever seen in fusion dhaba. Very bad manager who never no how to handle situation & how to resolve the issue & how to talk with customer's..

Experience:- If you go alone & order combo then they denied offer of combo. And if you order specific items then your order is taken. That means combo cost is about 350/- And in fusion dhaba there is one item is about 400 /- to 500/- That means if you order specific food (i.e 3 to 4 dishes) then bill is about 1500/- to 2000/- depend on the dish.. So why they take order of combo..?

Overall this dhaba is not for single person.. Not refer to anyone..

I said manager about i will give feed back on your behavior. He said do whatever you want to do.. That means they don't need...

Fusion Dhaba, a family bar & dine, with an eccentric decor upon entering. The place has a beautiful vibe to it which will definitely make you wanna dine here. Huge and spacious with wooden dining tables and chairs. Has a mezzanine floor with soft music playing in the back. Coming to the food, here’s everything that I would recommend to try.

Mocktails 🍹 Scarlet Lady Melon Swirl Strawberry Iced Tea Strawberry Thickshake was the highlight amongst all. All the above were made to perfection.

Appetisers 🍗 Cheesy Tangy Tikka : It’s heaven being a perfect combo of chicken n cheese. Chicken stuffed with loads of cheese and it oozes when you cut into it 😍 Mexican Nachos : Crispy and crunchy nachos Rara Murgh : Spicy and tasty boneless chicken. Great way to start your meal Prawn Chilly : Deep fried prawns marinated in their chilly sauce Black Pepper Fish : Absolutely delicious and cooked in chinese style.

Mains 🍛 Murgh Handi : Yummy with ample amount of chicken Murgh Do Pyaza : Again delicious and best eaten with cheesy naan Cheese Garlic Naan : Cheesy and topped with garlic Amritsari Kulcha : Kulcha stuffed with aloo masala with black sesame seeds. Have been to Fusion Dhaba quite a lot of times, since it's very close to where I work. So this review is going to be more or less of a summation of all the visits, and yes I'm currently writing this based on my most recent visit as well. So here goes,

We were a group who had turned in for dinner. Being a weekday, we easily got accommodation and were ready to order. We ordered Burnt Garlic rice and Malaysian Noodles on the vegetarian section and had ordered chicken pot rice from the non vegetarian section.

The rice was good but maybe I missed something in the malaysian noodles, or rather I didn't really find it too great.  And from my non vegetarian friends, they gave me a 3/5 for the pot rice.

A member from us had ordered the Scarlet Lady mocktail, and all of us were impressed with the taste. That's a winner!

And two others from our group decided to try out the Sizzling Brownie with ice cream. Would rate it as a miss rather than a hit because the brownie became too hard to actually break and we had to put some effort in getting a scoop. So this most recent visit was more of a miss than a hit. Overall, from all our visits and take-aways from Fusion Dhaba, I would definitely rate this place at 3.5 out of 5.
