This Sunday, while my pet Coco was undergoing grooming in this shop and she sustained severe injuries, particularly scratches across her lower body, majorly on her nipple area. We only discovered the extent of the incident when combing her hair later that evening. We rushed her to the hospital immediately. Over the past two days, she has been in pain and hasn't been able to play, but today she seems to be feeling a bit better. Upon bringing the incident to the attention of the grooming shop, they initially denied any wrongdoing and engaged in arguments, asserting that it was not their fault. However, after sharing pictures and the prescription from the vet, they eventually acknowledged the situation. It appears that a new employee, rather than their experienced groomer, was responsible for the major part of Coco's grooming. It's disheartening to realize that our pet's well-being was compromised due to a lack of experience on the new employee's part, and it seems the cost of their training was borne by Coco. When I suggested involving our Lodha Group in the matter, the shop attempted to appease us with a gift for Coco, which I declined.
