Purchased Aluwadi and few packaged snacks on a Sunday morning for breakfast on the go as we had to travel . The Aluwadi were spoiled and were from the day before's left over as we regularly order this item from multiple places and is never like that..so had to throw them away as we had already started for our journey. And to top it up, one of the diet snacking items had so much excess of salt that it was unbearable so that did not help either.

Went to return the item, the counter guy tasted just 2 pieces of flakes and said that for him salt is okay, and said that maybe you consume less salt. I did not have the patience to explain him that we have been staying and consuming from his store in Powai for the past 4 years, I insisted on it being replaced to which he reluctantly agreed.. This is a very good chain of stores, and the quality is not at all bad, but they are cunning business men and will rip you when they get a chance. See the three khakhra ordered via whatsapp. They are all broken. They just offloaded the broken khakhras so that you cannot complain or return them and no one would pick them up at the store.
