During our visit to Thiruvannamalai, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Arpanaa for a night. I must say that our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for the remarkable hospitality that followed.

The first aspect that caught our attention was the delectable food served at the hotel's restaurant. We had the opportunity to savor the renowned Mooligai soup, which was not only incredibly flavorful but also prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients. Alongside this, we also indulged in the North Indian dishes, which were a delightful culinary experience. The restaurant truly exceeded our expectations with its diverse menu and exceptional taste.

Moving on to our suite, we were delighted by the level of comfort and the excellent facilities provided. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, and it was evident that the hotel prioritizes the satisfaction and comfort of its guests.

What truly sets Hotel Arpanaa apart is the outstanding hospitality exhibited by the staff. The Manager, Govardhan, and his team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect truly impressed us. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when the owner, Mr. Muthukrishnan, personally visited us at the restaurant to inquire about our experience. It was evident that guest satisfaction is a top priority for both the staff and the management.

Overall, our stay at Hotel Arpanaa was an unforgettable experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Thiruvannamalai. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and the service provided left much to be desired. Regrettably, the quality of service was ranked among the worst, with an unfortunate need to repeatedly request assistance for even the most basic needs. The inefficiency reached a point where it became necessary to ask for information or assistance on more than one occasion, which significantly marred the overall guest experience.

One of the most glaring issues was the discourteous behavior exhibited by the service employees. Their rudeness not only added to the frustration of an already subpar experience but also reflected poorly on the establishment as a whole. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff members further exacerbated the negative impressions formed during the stay.

Such a disappointing level of service undoubtedly detracted from the enjoyment and comfort that guests expect from their accommodation. A seamless and pleasant customer service experience is a fundamental aspect of any establishment, and unfortunately, this particular venue fell significantly short in delivering on this front. Stayed here for a night to visit the temple on a trip from Bangalore. Reserved via Booking.com and no advance payment on booking was requested, we paid after we reached the hotel. We were given executive twin and junior suite rooms. Parking is available for several 4 wheelers, Humble staff and excellent service at reception, restaurant and even security and bell staff. Good food - out breakfast was complimentary and came in with booking and had a decent variety of good tamilnadu fare. We also had lunch and dinner here and tried a lot of it from Hara bhara kebab, pizzas, aloo Paratha, paneer gravy and some soups - all were excellent, we did have some complaints on a burnt pizza which they replaced with no questions asked which was well appreciated. One of the rooms had a mountain view which was great. Good spacious rooms as well, only negative to call out was that one of the rooms was not cleaned properly, there was hair and dirt on a pillow and bathrooms otherwise good stay option and about a km from the temple as well!
