We booked 6 rooms. Overall experience was quite good. 👍 👍 Location: 750m to bus stand, 1.3 km to railway station, ~2 km to Raja gopuram/temple. Those who wants to take frequent visits to the temple, be good enough to negotiate with Auto Wala. 👍Rooms were spacious, kept clean and tidy and the service staff were patient in addressing queries and were helpful. Reception team was welcoming and courteous. Not just the rooms but the entire path towards the room and the overall maintenance in and outside the hotel was really good. A big thumbs-up for the service / maintenance staff. 👍Jyothi mam, the supervisor, was very approachable with a smiling face and good in handling your requests and pleasant to talk to. 👍Hotel canteen maintenance and hygiene of the food was good. Staff were well behaved. Taste of the food is subjective but personally, complimentary breakfast was good. 👍 There are areas of improvements NOT CONS: Considering how big it is with huge number of rooms distributed across 3 blocks, there should be direction boards with block/room numbers. It was surprising to hear that towels are provided only for AC rooms. But, I was told that if required I can request the reception to get 1 towel per room. Most of us brought towels with us so it was not a big issue. New rooms construction/maintenance work was going on around our rooms during our visit. So, it was a little noisy to sleep but as we were tired enough after darsanam/nearby places, it didn't bother us much to get a deep sleep. Although construction work wouldn't be there forever obviously, something could've been done without distrubing the visitors. Not many options for food in the canteen. Only breakfast was complimentary so one needs to pay for the food in the afternoon and night which is absolutely fine but only rice with curries are served (taste is subjective). This is also understandable considering the maintenance and requirements of huge set of people coming to the hotel but the problem is outside food is not allowed. So, one should either eat outside and come to your rooms or eat what is available in the canteen but you need to walk quite a distance for a nearby hotel.

All In All I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL...

It's worth noting that Alayam Hotel does not provide extra beddings or pillows, so guests may need to plan accordingly and book the appropriate number of rooms based on their requirements. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Another highlight of my stay was the hotel's attached restaurant, which offered a delectable range of dishes to satisfy all palates. Additionally, I appreciated the option to order from food delivery services such as Zomato and Swiggy, providing further dining convenience.

Excellent TTDC property in Thiruvannamalai budget rates comfortable stay ample parking .

We stayed here for 2 nights. 2 adults+ 2 kids we took 4. Pax non AC room. It has 2 bed rooms 1 hall in the middle of both bedrooms.Both bedrooms had attached bathroom. Geysers available in both bathrooms.

Price was Rs2600 per night on weekends on weekdays it is Rs2200/-.You have option of booking online too same prices.

Normal check out time they mentioned is 11 am but if you need to stay late they might oblige late checkout at no extra cost depending on rush and demand.

They provided total 4 litres complementary water bottles. Toiletries were provided like brush,oil,soap etc.

The room package includes complementary breakfast which is served in inhouse restaurant. It is not buffet but fixed breakfast like 2 idlis, 1 Vada, Pongal, sweet,semiya bath etc.

Please note tea/coffee is not complementary.You can purchase by paying Rs30.

Rooms towards front side have Arunchala hill view.From our room window we could have Arunchala hill clear view.
