If you really looking for Hall only blindly go for IT.Really its Good hall with AC, Good Chairs, and Nice music stuff.
But if u planning hall with food, the problem comes here.
We did function in Vijay Park 4 months ago.
With Pleasing face they welcomed us and he showed the hall. Yes, its nice clean big hall really worth for money which can accommodate max 250 Person.
The problem starts with food Each Plat cost around Rs.250 we gave order for 130 members.
Once function gets over people starting coming to the hotel ( Food will be served in the hotel - Ground Floor . Note - Lift can hold only 4 person (only one lift is available)).So definitely there will stack near the lift and we enquired they said within a few weeks they plan to have a new lift.
After so much of trouble finally, we manage to get a seat for our guest in the hotel for lunch and they slowly start serving (with Dam Slow) if anyone asks sambar they have to wait 10 Mins(Most of my guest last patience and they left without having lunch).
There where only 4 people serving food for entire floor logically speaking entire floor cannot be managed with this manpower. I was forced to look after my guest by serving them personally rather sending with the empty stomach.
I could not even enjoy the happiness of the function because of this mismanagement. None of my photos was taken in the function because I was busy in the dining hall serving my guest.
The moment when I went for photo session timing for the hall was over and we were asked to vacate.
The money what I spent was utter waste nor I could enjoy the function nor my guest was happy with the arrangement made for lunch even though the lunch was not excellent still they didn't taste it.
Purpose of the function was...
Read moreUsed to have our dinner there regularly during girivalams. But this times it turned out be a terrible experience. First the place has become dirty second there were hordes of mosquitos which were sitting on our food and we just had to get up in the middle of our dinner without having our food completely. Even before that we were not able to have our food in peace as the mosquitos were almost everywhere and eventually they landed in our food and we decided to quit. When asked about this the explanation was they had forgotten to close the front door and the mosquitos had entered by it. They were in 1000s and they were in the kitchen too. But strangely after stepping out of the restaurant we didn't see a single mosquito and were wondering if it had come thro the back door. Imagine the kitchen where the mosquitos would be having a gala time sitting on the food to be served to usand hatching eggs or whatever on them and we consuming them unknowingly and eventually landing in a hospital. Everything else was bad the tables were dirty to the extent that you were not able to even touch them. To sum it up all it was harrowing. We will not go...
