Hi. i happen to visit this place on 6th of January alone.. the way the guys behaved is so ridiculous.. two guys where chatting in the corner might be the server, waiting for someone to come and take the order....they in turn send another server to take the order.. hope he is new guy joined in the recent past.. he was not able to take the item which i have ordered for.. then he sent an other server whom i saw initially chatting in the corner, placed order for mutton biryani & Prawn 65(his behaviour.. as if though he has completed his catering course in premier institute like HCMI, even those student will not behave like that).

Talking about the food, is another worthless one, the Biryani is over cooked and it was like mashed potato.. means not in basmati rice but in some other rice... when i asked about it nobody gave answer but the new server said it was zeerga samba rice, the taste was average and with lot of bones, and the other master piece is prawn 65.. i have never seen such hopeless dish not even street vendor will prepare like this.. i can hardly find the prawns in it.. the prawns cut in to number of small pieces and prepared, and most of the ones are just corn flour, they billed me total of around Rs.600 which is not worth. Moreover, i tried to pay them by card.. but they refused to take the card, and asked to pay by cash or UPI. Really horrible experience in visiting this hotel.. never ever i will visit any of this...

We dined in as a crowd around 80 members after a function. We paid advance of Rs.10000 two days before.

We had a list of guests we invited. We knew who attended the function. Who ate biryani there and who took parcels. The cashier fraudulently added around 13 biryanis extra in the bill which we couldn't verify there. But verified after reaching home. We double checked the list of guests from the gift covers. And a week later, we verified the number of guests from photographs also.

Not just biryani he added extra goli soda and ice creams also and excused like mistake. We easily found it because the actual count were less than 10.

They took money Rs. 27000 in personal Gpay not comapny's gpay. They issued voucher only. Not the bill with GST. This is another red flag.

Received a call next day from Trichy head quarters for service and food quality. They were not aware of this huge bill. They only asked for Rs.1200 bill which we had at the last separatlely.

They did not provide any discount or freebies. At least should have been honest. Really we do not recommend this fraud restaurant.

Most of the reviews look fake now. Read negative reviews carefully and decide...

Staff’s behaviour is worst while intimation of changing place from sofa to normal chair. ⁠As the name implies as Topi vappa biryani-No availability of Biryani @ Sunday evening. ⁠Before giving the menu in table , staff asked for order after 25 mins. ⁠Waiting period is long time after ordering - approx time - 45 mins. ⁠ banana leaf is not properly cut , middle portion of stem is above the plate. So its not even.( images attached) Before starters, Main dish came - chicken fried rice. Starters came after 20 mins. ⁠Staff response is very poor Totally it takes 1.45 hrs in hotel for receiving just 4 dish. Food is fairly good. No car parking available.
