Hotel Hori Palace — Hotel in Ujjain

I reached this hotel on 10/11/22 for one night.At first we talk about location,it is remarkable just about 200-300 meter towards Mahakal temple.Secondly cooperation, everybody was ready to fulfill your needs at their maximum efforts level.Check-in was very smooth,they provided me very spacious and airy room towards road.I read previously in one review that noise of the road disturbs but I personally feel not at all,I don't deny that noise comes but not very disturbing.Thirdly owner of this hotel,Mr Prakash is very nice and cooperative,he arranged my tour according my needs.Forthly,it is very important that honesty in the staff of the hotel,I personally will like to mention his name GURU,my wife forgot her mobile at reception,he immediately approached us and said with smiling face,Sir pls take your mobile you forgot it at reception.Realy it is very appreciable because everyone knows now-a-days about the importance of mobile.Thank you very much Guru especially.Fifthly room and bathroom was very neat and clean and fitted with basic amenities.Mattreses was very comfortable for sound sleeping.To sum up it was very nice stay & recommend everyone...

My lovely wife and I spent a couple of nights at this hotel when visiting Ujjain. It's nicely located in the old part of town, close to the Mahakaleshwar temple and the ghats. Our king deluxe room was large and comfortable, with good air conditioning and steaming hot water. The WiFi, however, wasn't so good and kept dropping out. The linen could have been cleaner too. Good value nonetheless at around 1600 rupees per night.||||If you want somewhere good to eat nearby come out of the hotel, turn left and walk a short way along the road where you'll find a small dhaba on the left hand side. There's no signage in English so just look out for the ladies rolling roti near the doorway. Excellent food at rock...

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Ujjain, not far from the main temple and Ram Ghat.||Our room was light, airy and nicely decorated and had an excellent attached bathroom.||The staff did their utmost to make our stay a good one. Though they spoke little English, one of the staff insisted in showing us the way to the main temple complex so that we wouldn't get lost and would easily find our way back.|| Only room service food was on offer but we were very touched that as we needed to leave before breakfast timings, sandwiches and tea were made specially for us in the lobby.||We wish we could have...
