Shiv kripa restaurant — Restaurant in Ujjain

Me and my friends went to this place after seeing good reviews. As the seats were full downstairs we were sent upstairs and then it happened. One of the staff kept a big drum of fresh curd (dahi) beside us and immediately a cat pounced on it. Everyone watched that and ignored it. Nobody among the staff made an effort to either get rid of the cat or cover the drum. When I confronted them asking "Do guys provide this same item to the customers?" one of them replied, "aap kya karoge itna kuch janke? (Why do you care for all this?)"

As we're really hungry, we only had paratha and left the place. I guess most of the customers sit downstairs and they have no idea how things are going on upstairs. It's really pathetic to see people doing such kind of filthy business that too just beside one the...

The place was clean with sitting arrangement for max. 20 people. The owner uncle ji was very humble and welcoming. Food was tasty and at reasonable price. But for small amount of extra raita, the charges were 20rs which is disproportionate acc. To me ,as when a thali cost 80 rs with so many items. Also, we got a parcel from this place of parThas. And no pickle, no plates were there in package as promised by uncleji...
