Hotel Kalash (Near Railway Station) — Hotel in Ujjain

Not a place worth staying. Went there after seeing photos on trivago app which looked nice. Called the owner before reaching to the hotel only to find out that it was not cleaned. And the room didn't look the way it was in photos. Not at all maintained and clean. Had to shift 3 room before finalize one as none of them were good. After freshen up, went to mahakaleshwar temple and asked owner to clean those rooms before we come back in the evening. But even after coming it was not cleaned. Owner was not at all welcoming and he was talking rudely to us that all other guests are staying like this and only you are making trouble. Don't go for Google and trivago reviews. Please avoid this hotel if possible. Unhygienic bedsheets and blankets . We asked to change them and after that also they had dirty spots and hair on the bedsheet . We didnt even dare to touch those blankets . Dirty sinks in bathroom . Unprofessional staff (acting like they dont get paid enough so wont work ),No space for parking, made us park our car in a dump . Has a working elevator though if that helps.
