Hotel Sajan Palace — Hotel in Ujjain

The staff is very rude. AC was not working, we complained about it and he said "10 baje tk pakka theek krvadunga"we returned to the hotel and we asked about the AC so he told us that "AC to theek nhi hua hai" and then we said that change the room then so he said "koi room khali nahi hai non-ac ho jayega" so we refused to stay in a non-ac room and we said that we will not pay you for that one room so then he started misbehaving that why will you not pay poore din se bhi to room use kr rhe ho like seriously? We checked in at 12:00 noon and we hardly spend 1-2 hours in the rooms and tab light nhi thi to tab to AC use hua nahi then we came back to the hotel around 5:00pm and spent 1-2 hours and still the AC was not working that time in that room so why will we pay for that one room, we literally booked one room on the spot in the neighbor hotel at 11:00 in the night and shifted our room there. Theh dont know how to treat their guests. Today in the morning i spoke to the manager on call and he was also misbehaving he told us that "naya room thodi bana dunga raat ko aapke liye" and also he refused to make our bill. Very bad experience I have done booking through my agent. And online payment has been done online then also they don’t booked my rooms after reaching there they said no booking of my name and denied to give me rooms after showing them online payment photo at the end I have to book another hotel paying them more money on time. And after talking to locals told me that there is new trend of frauding coustomers who have booked online rooms. Very very very bad experience in my whole life. Rooms were very small and congested. Washroom was not cleaned. Water continuously leaking from tap. Earthworm also seen in washroom. Location in very narrow lane but very close to mahakaleshwar temple. Staff was good and helpful but the room which is showing in pictures is not actual. It is very small. AC was working fine.
