Great location, really pleasant and clean but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in delhi out of 10 i rating 6 having some issue but...

At first i want a customer service person should call me , as i went to oyo yestarday during check in whoch was at 12:00 pm he told me to wait for 1 hour thn he asked me whether I’m going to stay for a day or for few hours , i told him that I’m going to stay for a day then he asked for extra money i booked oyo for 540 but he charged me 900 which is undesirable and i tried contacting oyo but no reaponse please help...

First of all he was not provided me room. As i booked. He need 1000rps more from me. Then oyo called them and they agree. Then they provide me woste room like it was used by couple and bed sheet too dirty. Wash room dirty too. I just pass time there. Because i stucked there. So do not book this hotel. They just want. Couple will come for short time and will pay big...
