Pizza Hut | Omaxe CP, Noida — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

1.We ordered two medium pizzas, one veg plater and one penne pasta and paid about Rs. 2,200 they took 35+ minutes to deliver it that too when asked multiple times by us and we were not provided with a bill either. After waiting for such a long period, the order was incomplete and the food was quite underwhelming, the veg plater was not upto mark and very different from the menu that was illustrated at the menu. So we had to ask the service officer to review the dish and add the appropriate item after that too after asking them twice. The dinning was NOT HYGIENIC after we sat on a vacant table they cleaned the table with a dirty cloth,thus leaving the table more dirty FOOD WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE , the pizza base was tasting stale and the pizza was very cold and oily, the veg platter was basically fried McCane frozen food and not worth it . We ordered medium size pizza and thought would be enough for 2 people but it clearly wasn't. So serving was also not good . Terrible customer service and the staff was clearly wasn't experienced enough. 5.So to summarise PATHETIC EXPERIENCE OVERALL the food was not tasty and honestly speaking, the pizza were probably a day old and we're just reheated...

Pizza hut is a paradise for a pizza lover. Though the preparations are same in all the places this place has an open visible counter where you can actually see how the pizza is being made. They make pizza out of the dough right in front of the eyes. So it's not just a place to savior the taste buds but also the eyes.

It's a beautiful way of being transparent about the products and the pizza being made.

The sitting here does seem a little less. And there is no table service here. One has to give the order take a token no. And be seated on the seat though the pizza is brought to the table the order is not taken from the table.

The staff is good. They are prompt and smiling always. They are well trained to be courteous with the customers.

We had a take away and the pizza preparations was too good. Not only it was prepared right in front the taste was great 😍😍😍 Cheese was done right and so were the vegetables. I would highly recommend this outlet for visitations. If you are a Pizza Hut loyalist like me and prefer it more than Domino's then this is a good outlet....

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut CP Mall Greater Noida (Beta 2) through Pizza Hut’s official app, and it turned into a complete nightmare.

The order never arrived even after 2+ hours. I called the delivery guy (Sushil) more than 20 times, no response. I contacted the restaurant, they casually told me “it’s out for delivery”. When I called again after 30 minutes for an update, they had the audacity to BLOCK MY NUMBER. Yes, they actually blocked me after I tried to follow up on a prepaid order.

There is no option to talk to a real person on the app, just automated dead ends. I finally found a customer care number online, called them, and even after 40+ minutes, no resolution, no food, no refund.

I’m left hungry, angry, and completely shocked at how a brand like Pizza Hut can operate with zero accountability and no customer support.

This isn’t just poor service, this feels like a SCAM.

DO NOT ORDER from this outlet. Avoid it...
