Barbeque Nation — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I used to like Barbeque nation.. a lot actually but it feels the quality has dropped significantly post lockdown. First of all the monotonous taste throughout the menu is what I hated the most in my recent visit.

For example ...there is no variety in desserts...all options have different name but the ingredients are same with some minor adjustments..and the chocolate brownie is common in all of the desserts, used as base in mousse, pastry, mango pastry and there is another , the brownie itself.

I love mutton but the meat was smelling weird as if it was not cleaned properly or old. m sure it would have been cleaned, meat itself was bad.

Starters- different names in the menu based on their marinades but taste all the same. Same taste just different texture.

Service sucked to be very honest, I told them about abovementioned dessert issue and they told Okay wait we will make something good for you. Next thing I had was mixture of all the dessert they had in a sundae cup. It was like puke, awful, I couldn't eat more than single spoon, left it and ran from their.(not lying)( in picture, it might be looking good but don't judge a book by it's cover is the saying, right?)

Also found bits of sandstone in the soya chaap. Informed them, it was concluded it can't be cleaned from the inside..the supplier of chaap was at fault. Have a trustworthy supplier for God sake.

I am giving 3 stars only out of love once I had for this place otherwise it would have been 1.

To BBQ- Improve the menu please I am bored of it and m sure others are as well. A little attention to...

Just ordered a classic NV meal box costing ₹809 form this branch of bbq nation, but they delivered me NV Thali instead, consisting of only main course i.e. 3 parathas, Daal makhni, Biriyani, Butter Chicken and Raita. No starters, no dessert at all. So I thought they must've make a mistake so can send me starters and desserts seperately, hence called them and told 'em my issue. The agent said he'll confirm and willl call later. I waited long but no call received so I called again, once again they said same thing and hung up the call. Again I waited for atleast 30 min but still didn't recieved any call, then once again I called, this time he said that he'll connect me with the one that pack orders. When I spoke to that person, he thought for a bit, then said that my Classic NV Meal Box contains these items only (what I mentioned above), like I'm some fool. I ordered same meal box multiple times before but from other branches. And why would contents of a Meal Box worth ₹809 contains same items as a Thali worth
