Burger King is the ongoing burger and fast food chain. With the decline in McDonald's Burger King has actually become the king in burger fast food chain. Burger King gives a wide variety of burgers, fries and soft drinks/ shakes options. Now this Burger King provides ample sitting area and has separate area for ordering. The decor is done right and gives a freshing feeling. If you have visited other Delhi-NCR outlets this happens to be differently designed. What I liked was the sitting and order area being separate there by making it less congested. Staff was quick in service at the peak ordering time. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Burger King. The restaurant had no air conditioning, making the wait unbearably uncomfortable in the sweltering heat. To make matters worse, I waited over 45 minutes for my order, only to watch other customers who ordered after me receive their food first. The staff showed no urgency or concern about the delay, and the executive in charge seemed completely indifferent to the situation. By the time I finally received my meal, my appetite had vanished. I was really disappointed from services of this burger king. i was thirsty in the hot day thinking of getting a nice coke from Bk but unfortunately I don’t know how but they ran out of all the complimentary drinks in the meal like coke pepsi fanta etc. but the guys before my order were enjoying it.
