At the time of billing I paid the amount through dineout and after 5 mins manager comes and says we don't. Support dineout and pay the whole amount again and talk to Swiggy cc. I was with family and he made me waited for 40 mins he told no offer is applicable today. He did not ask me earlier while making payment. It was humiliated. Then it was 11.30 pm and I had to pay the whole amount twice and refund is still awaited . He told his waiter "karne do use call samjhega apna humko Paisa chaiye".

I told him take my number if any prob I will pay tomorrow rest amount. I asked him if you restaurant is taking booking then how come dineout booked table for 250rs with 25% discount he was having no answer and was fighting

I had the misfortune of dining at groove new yr night, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The service was abysmal, the food was inedible, and the atmosphere was straight out of a bad horror movie.

Service: 0/10 The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in our dining experience.

Food: -1/10

I ordered the [dish, which was a catastrophe. the vegetables were soggy, and the sauce tasted like ketchup mixed with disappointment. The portions were tiny, and the presentation looked like a kindergartener's art project.

Ambiance: 0/10

The decor was dated, the music was annoying, and the tables were sticky. It felt like we were dining in a neglected cafeteria.

Value: -3/10

The prices were outrageous, especially considering the subpar quality of the food and service. We left feeling ripped off and disappointed.

I recently dined at Groove Roof Top Lounge by Grandeur and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch from start to finish; My waiter Mr. Raj Verma was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and ensured our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable.

I visited here a few days back for my friend's birthday party, we had a wonderful experience here the ambience and all is just perfect no doubt in that , also the sitting area is just perfect and comfortable , the environment gives you positive vibes everywhere if you want to arrange any sort of party it can be conducted here . The starters like honey chilly potatoes , spring rolls are yummiest. The main course being served here is tempting and mouth watering. The one thing i didn't like was the attitude of the staff members this thing could be managed and is expected by us so that it doesn't lead to negative image of the hotel.
