The Hazelnut Factory Cafe in Alambagh is easily one of my favorite hangouts in Lucknow. I have been a repeat visitor here and the experience is consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of great food, quality desserts, and a lovely atmosphere, this is the place to be. ​Ambience and Vibe (Great for Family!) ​The ambiance is definitely one of the biggest draws. The café is beautifully designed, making it an ideal spot whether you're catching up with friends, having a casual meeting, or just enjoying some quiet time. Crucially, it’s also a wonderful, comfortable place for families, and even my parents love visiting—a testament to its broad appeal. ​ ​The quality of the food, especially the baked goods, is top-tier. The entire range of bakery items and desserts are of great quality—you can tell they use premium ingredients. ​However, the absolute star of the show is the almond croissant. It is, without exaggeration, amazing—flaky, buttery, and perfectly sweet. Make sure you don't leave without trying one! The coffee and the other main food items on the menu are also consistently delicious. ​ ​The cafe boasts a prime spot, located just opposite Phoenix Mall, making it incredibly easy to find and the perfect stop before or after a shopping trip. ​A note on value: while The Hazelnut Factory is a little on the expensive side, the pricing is absolutely matched by the exceptional quality of the ingredients, preparation, and service you receive. My friends and i went to hazelnut factory on 22 jul, by 1300 hrs, as we entered we asked at the counter to serve regular water , as we reached at the restaurant at afternoon, the lady at the counter asked us to sit, after 20 mins of wait no one came to serve us water also no one was bothered to even take our order as it is a dine in restaurant. When went at the counter again to ask for water and take our order, she sent the service boy( i couldn’t take names as surprisingly no staff were wearing name batch) as the service boy approached again with no water in hand, informing us that we can’t serve regular water as the RO is out of service (i.e, service food is also cooked in tap water) hygiene is not taken care of. The service boy asked us to buy water bottle, which i denied and ordered our food, then after he was more eager to know how was i paying for my order seconds after i ordered and brought the edc machine to make me pay. That was so strange as before serving the food we were asked to pay without even providing a bill. our food arrived after 15-20 mins, then we went upstairs in the bakery section to order pastry, we were asked to go back to our table as the pastry would be served at the table which again was forgotten and was not served, when went back again at the counter then the counter staff pretended that he forgot to serve. Extremely pathetic service and experience at hazelnut alambagh. Would skip this...

Hey guys ! So this one cafe was really due to personally visit since a long time. I have ordered thrice from THF on Zomato but didn't get a chance to visit so today's outing was finally done with.

We went to the bakery the entrance is beautiful i guess it's the second best spot than the one near I.T. college. Moving on the bakery is on top and the cafe is underneath and both the floors are very much different to eachother. They have a mesmerizing ambiance and good variety of goodies to choose from if you're a sweet tooth you will love this place. Below is the cafe which has each spot made with such perfection. The right place to chill with friends and family also perfect for the upcoming valentine's week.
