The worst hotel stay encountered till date. Terrible hotel staff and it's management. Washroom's door knob was broken, flush didn't work, bed linen and blanket was dirty with multiple spots in it. Another quilt kept in the almirah was stinky that the whole room had bad odour. The walls had fungus all over. Opening or closing of the main door via key took atleast 3-4 minutes everytime because of the improper latch and it's setup. Hot tap water in the bathroom was a lie as the left taps marked in black didn't run hot water even after 10 minutes of it being kept open as advised by the hotel's receptionist. They don't provide drinking water or bathroom towel or toiletries until asked and will bill you for the mineral water during checkout because you didn't ask for normal RO water (yes this is their tactics). Room service is terrible, if you ask for anything it will easily take 30-45 minutes to be provided to you only after multiple follow-ups (not talking about food or a bucket of hot water here). Beer and Whiskey bottles can be easily seen outside the rooms. If you order food from Swiggy or Zomato, their delivery boy will directly deliver food at your room number, so safety being a concern here. Will never recommend anyone to book a room here. Negatives : The room service is ok, but you have to do multiple follow ups. The bathroom is unhygienic, small cockroaches can be seen, only once the bathroom and the room got cleaned in our 5 days stay. Bed sheets and towels were not clean, one has to think twice before using them.

Positives: The location is in civil lines area , which is a good location in Allahabad to stay, also near the railway station. There is free breakfast of good quality . Choice is between poori kachori, Toast/boiled eggs, tea, coffee poha etc. Hot water is available on opening the right tap in the bathroom , but geyser not there in the bathroom. The classic double room where we stayed was big enough to keep 3 people (extra bed included).

Summary: An ok ok stay if you are for 1 or 2-3 days , but can't say if you want to stay...

The room was okay according to Prayagraj's standards.

The washroom was dirty and filthy and we had to ask the staff to clean it repeatedly who cleaned it after a delay of about 6 hours. There were multiple cockroaches in the room, more than 5 and they were crawling all upon the bed. The bedsheet was also dirty and had multiple marks on it but upon request we got a new bedsheet. The room wasn't sanitized. There were other minor problems like the exhaust didn't worked, the geyser didn't worked, Tv couldn't be turned off, noise from farm animals kept nearby woke us up in the early morning.
