Edit 2022: They again disappointed with taste quality and service during the festival season. Not buying again from here.

Staff is rude, they behave as if they are doing some favour.

Taste quality drops like anything during dusherra, diwali, etc.

Unreasonably high price. I think Prayagraj needs more sweet outlets. This place don't deserve the popularity it has in the city. Observe carefully during festivals, trays of sweets aare kept hrown on floor behind the counters. They had to cross over these trays with their shoes on.

Mostly people still buy from here because of the name but seriously not worth it. Only kulfi tastes fine.

Edit 2021: The quality of sweets has decreased a lot. Service is very poor and staff is very rude, specially during the festival seasons which is because of the owner as the owner himself is very rude.
