Terrible hotel, horrible staff, knows nothing about hospitality. Booked the hotel for 4 days but it was so poor I had to leave the second day. The staff has zero coordination among themselves. These people do not mind harrassing their customers. They ask for payment like wasooli. Even after being paid, they would behave as if they are doing you a favor. Room service is non responsive. The staff doesn't even have proper dress code, I should say nothing about their grooming. I was just wondering how could a place situated in the heart of city offer this poor service. It's almost as if they do not care about their market position. Oh , I also had an event done there. It was bad. Bad. DO NOT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY BY BOOKING THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. They would be very warm and welcoming when you go there for the booking but once you have booked, you'll see the true colors. This place is a blot. It should not be called a hotel.
Edit: responding to the comment of Dhananjaya. Thanks for reminding me your name. I would like add how you conducted yourself. Everything was discussed beforehand, when and where and what I will do. You were nice in the beginning because you wanted to trap new bakras. And once we had booked, you were the meanest person possible. Hotels run on goodwill. And you don't know it's meaning. You run the place like it's an average Oyo stay not a decent hotel. Each and every relative of mine noticed what standard you uphold and they specifically said why did you even come to this place ? We needed rooms urgently and we went for your hotel thinking it's a good one, I didn't know that all these reviews are fake or ai generated. I hope you realise what you did. You sir, are an absolute novice. Your age makes no difference. It's really a wonder that this man is in hospitality business. He knows nothing about how he should speak to a lady. He doesn't even have manners of proper conduct. That day When we came to talk to you to discuss everything, you ran away like a coward from your own hotel. Even your staff was laughing at you. It is evident from the comment you put, how experienced and knowledgeable you...

There were flying ants in our room, along with bugs and God only knows what other insects.
The toilet in our bathroom had yellow stains, and when we asked someone to clean it up, a boy showed up and refused to do so, saying that the stains won't go. We had to ask multiple times for him to clean it. When he left, the whole floor was soapy. Not only this, but the seat of the toilet wasn't fixed to the bowl.
The sink is open and there is some brown algae growing out of the drain as shown in the photo.
I don't know if they replace, or even clean the sheets as there are some mysterious stains on it, absolutely disgusting.
The kettle that they have provided us was rusted, and when we asked for another one, the replacement wasn't working and they never got back to us even after we told them.
The floors are DIRTY. If you dare to look behind any furniture, you'll be disgusted.
Frequent power cuts, and sometimes the power switch outside the room will trip and the guest has to check what is happening and switch the power back on.
The breakfast tastes stale and unhygienic. Absolutely DO NOT eat here!
When we called the owner about our complaints, he just told us to pay the money. He does not seem interested in improving the quality of the hotel at all.
He just wants to provide the minimum possible services with the cheap quality and charge exorbitant rates! Horrible. I hope no one else experiences what we went through...
