Hotel DPS Inn — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

This is with respect to my earlier review. 1)First of all you should not try to compel me to change my review by repeatedly calling and annoying me. 2) Secondly I have the copies of my booking done online through Oyo so you can't question my authenticity.I am sure you must have made amendments to your personal hotel register to erase my name from there seeing my honest review. 3) Thirdly I do not need to blackmail some cheap hotel who can't even provide service to their customer, my only reason to write this review is to help the other people who are planning to visit Prayagraj and might get fooled by the fake images and good reviews on Oyo and lastly 4) Rather than saying mean things to me you should better focus on improving your service and hotel and watch-out your tone and language with your customers. Most importantly not just me, but other reviews are also telling about the sad and pathetic state of your hotel, so kindly focus on improving your hotel and service rather than playing the blame...

This was our first travel to Allahabad, and really happy with the hotel we chose. Rooms were well maintained and clean.Room service was fine, WiFi is available but only in reception area and restaurant not in room. Hotel staff was absolutely professional and really well behaved. They were also quite helpful as we had lot of questions about new place. We stayed for a day only as we had come for some documentation work in cbse office. But really liked their hospitality. We checked out at 12 pm next day but since our train was of night didn't want to pay for another day, they offered to keep our luggage and we could visit tourist spots like sangam and other nearby places. Not so clean, smelly furniture which is never washed/cleaned. Two shaft opens in the room of each side which have sliding window without lock, makes so uncomfortable security wise. Room has a phone line without any number written on it so you don’t have to bother any staff to call them for water, rather you have to go to ground floor to ask for a bottle of water. They have an open restaurant for guests and outside public on ground floor which restricts you to order food inside your room.
