Unprofessional & Unsafe – Total Scam!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The management is highly unprofessional and seems to be running a complete scam. Privacy is nonexistent, especially for couples — it's simply not safe. Even though I was staying alone, I observed serious concerns: the bedsheets were clearly not cleaned, the overall hygiene was pathetic, and the room was not properly maintained.

After making the full payment at check-in, the staff kept asking for extra money without any valid reason. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like open exploitation.

Do not trust the photos online – the reality is completely different. I strongly advise against staying at this place. Save your money and your peace of mind — do not...

Very poor service, unhygienic and unprofessional...don't go there anyone please....condoms in room,tv not working,beds are also uncomfortable I don't he was owner or what but he tries to manipulate to stay there...but once you pay you could only do is "regret"

And one more important thing I asked for wi fi password he took my mobile and started typing I thought he is typing password but no he opens google map and give himself and this poor hotel 5 star...what a cheap behaviour Even I asked my mobile he denied,I want to kno how can he do this..? Where is my privacy?

It was good experience but the room were quite small and not fully furnished. Hotel is located near Charbagh railway station that's the plus point of this hotel. You can either walk or can go in auto, it's barely a km. Toilet seat was not there in washroom. Water Leakage continuously in the bathroom. If you are going for like Rs 500+ hotel then book other hotel because you're not gonna worth the money. The thing I liked the most about this hotel the staff was good and...
