Highly unprofessional staff, bad and very remote location, where many autos also deny to take you. Cheated us with promise of 24hr checkin.

I saw the listing on booking.com and dialled the owner for an early check-in at 4AM. We were to visit the temple that day and hence I did not book any place until I got an assurance of 24 hr front desk. The owner took our payment and shared a number to connect assuring everything would be in place.

We reach the property and are shocked to find that the hotel staff knows nothing about our arrival. There is no front desk and all the staff were in deep sleep. They made us wait for sometime and we grew suspicious as to what was happening. Few minutes down the line we realise that some other group has been allotted our room and the staff is waking up those people to vacate the room at 4AM.

It was a family and we objected to the staff for troubling them and lying to us. Another half an hour goes and they arrange a room for us with just a bed when we had booked a family room with provision for a third bed. The staff is completely untrained and went to sleep when we were asking them to provide a bed for the third person and the remaining staff were laughing at our requests. The owner even tried to blame saying you came at 4:30 when I only booked the hotel after receiving confirmation of smooth check-in at 4.

Review of Hotel Vedas Villa Ayodhya By Admiral Suites

We, three families, stayed at Hotel Vedas Villa Ayodhya for one night on 5th March 2025, booking two Deluxe Double Rooms and one Superior Triple Room through Booking.com with zero upfront payment. We paid 50% the day before check-in and the rest on arrival.

Major Drawbacks:

❌ Extremely Poor Staff Behavior: The staff, including the duty manager at check-in, were rude and arrogant, making our experience highly unpleasant. ❌ Very Small & Uncomfortable Rooms: The rooms were cramped, and the attached bathrooms were too small for a proper bath. ❌ Faulty & Unsafe Facilities:

The commode was unstable and moved when used.

The AC was non-functional at first and was repaired roughly, posing a potential safety hazard.

Frequent water supply interruptions added to the discomfort. ❌ Terrible Location: The hotel is situated in an extremely congested area with an access road full of cow dung, garbage, and barely wide enough for a vehicle. ❌ No Lift: Despite being a four-storied hotel, there is no elevator, making it inconvenient for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

Final Verdict:

This hotel fails to provide even basic comfort to travelers. Unprofessional staff, tiny rooms, broken amenities, and an inaccessible location make it a highly avoidable choice. Strongly NOT recommended for any tourist visiting Ayodhya.

Hotel had a fancy name but was worse than a lodge.We had the worst ever experience of our life,by booking this Hotel online.Every thing from location,quality of services,cleanliness,hospitality etc were at its worst.For booking,fancy photos,dubious reviews etc are posted but everything is lacking on the ground.To add insult to injury,total payment for the period of stay is taken in advance which is nowhere the norm.Many of the sanitary and other fittings are broken.There is no 'Manager' at the Reception and the 'management' is done by 'irresponsible' and 'dumb' boys.There is no Policy as such and rates for the stay and transportation(by its sister travelling agency) are exorbitant and can be aptly termed as 'day light robbery'.Worst of all,the Hotel is located in an obscure lane,far away from the market.The Hotel does not have any dining facility,no lift facility and with no conveyance facility nearby.You have to walk a lot and criss cross the meandering and broken lanes to reach the Hotel.
