This is a newly built property with 12 rooms, restaurant and banquet hall. The rates are budget but the rooms are well built, clean, neat with comfortable beds and blankets.
The effort to provide comfort even in budget places needs to be appreciated for the customer centric approx.
Half the rooms of the property face towards the Himalayas but view is not seen through the rooms as they are on the lower floor. You do see the Kosi valley and parts of the Almora city.
Being on the lower mall road, it is closer to getting to the main city but would provide good options for parking compared to properties in the center city.
I have yet to taste their food from their restaurant (which is on the ground level as you enter) and will update when I do.

Once you order you'll get in probably half and hour or so. The food is amazing,so are the rooms and parking but the service absolutely is third class. They really need to work on that.
You'll be almost centrally located, and with the banquet and marriage hall, this place is a catch and very economical.
My guest had to sleep on a couch even though I paid for an extra bed. Sooo get them placed before hand.
