Hotel JP Hills — Hotel in Uttarakhand

It might be surprising to see a 1 star review however I want to share my displeasure here for a poor coordination by Mr Deepak from the hotel. I haven't stayed here yet however had made a reservation thru an online portal (I mostly use portal for my booking and never had issues even internationally).

I made a reservation seeing these raving reviews. Maybe they are good but my initial impression itself is no where close to these reviews.

I am glad I decided to contact the hotel for a different reason and I was totally denied of my booking. Despite me insisting that I have made a reservation and sharing all the confirmation from the portal I was told that I should separately make a payment for confirmed booking. I even requested them to send me details of account thru the same email as my reservation and absolutely no response.

One thing is clear, they want "money" only. I can totally understand that for a peak season its important to reserve with payment but all I wanted was for them to send me account details pertaining to the already made reservation.

Mr Deepak was clearly acting that he was aware of no such reservation despite me sending all the proof and even mentioning that someone had already contacted me from hotel thru the portal.

This is just a warning to people who make reservations thru online portals (even after securing with a credit card) to not directly walk in to these hotels assuming your reservation is there. You might be on the road !!!!

For those who don't want to believe this you can write to me and I have all proof of whatsapp conversation with the hotel.

Pathetic!!! I would never go to such places nor recommend people.

My stay at JP Hotel in Rishikesh was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home.

A special shoutout to Saurav ji, the manager, whose kind and helpful nature ensured that every little detail of our stay was taken care of. His guidance and local suggestions made our Rishikesh trip even more memorable.

The staff at JP Hotel is incredibly polite, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or help with travel tips – everything was handled with utmost professionalism and warmth.

The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, giving a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The ambience of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing – just what one needs in a spiritual and serene place like Rishikesh.

The receptionist was extremely sweet and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. It truly felt like we were among friends.

The food served was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared, offering a variety of options for every palate. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the meals were satisfying and comforting.

Another big plus is that the hotel offers ample parking space, which is a huge relief in a busy tourist city like Rishikesh.

Overall, JP Hotel offers a perfect combination of cleanliness, comfort, good food, warm-hearted staff, and genuine hospitality. Whether you’re visiting for spiritual exploration, adventure, or just some peace, this is the place to stay.
