Cookie Lady speciality coffee plant based — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

We had ordered 2Kg blueberry cheesecake for our yoga ttc closing ceremony. I had got confirmation from Bablu on the quantity, cheesecake flavor and the location before placing the initial payment (Rs 1500). On the day of delivery, the cake was delivered and it was less than the quantity. We raised concern as soon as we received since we were 20 people and the quantity was a concern for us since we got it for the whole team. The entire cake with the delivery box and the cardboard plate weighed ~1.5kg. I had to call Bablu repeatedly to get a call back. He first started saying about location is too far and hence he did this way. He later accepted his 'mistake' and agreed to pay Rs 300 back. The point is he was actively trying to fraud us with less kg cake. The inconvenience it caused also not measurable. The blueberry cheesecake we got was also not good... it lacked the creaminess of a vegan cheesecake, flavour was missing. Only good part was the base.... I would not...

There is not even a single thing that I disliked about this place. I fell in love with this place the same moment when I entered this place. It's 100% veg and i never had such delicious cakes , cookies in my life and truth me I am fond of cakes . No sungar choclate cake , no sugar power balls , carrot cake , ginger cookie's, quinoa salad, cappuccino by Barista Bablu ( one of the owners of the cafe ) . I simply loved everything and couldn't stop myself eating. I was spending more time in this cafe rather than visiting the city . Bablu is a gem of a person a guy with golden heart helped me a lot in suggesting places , Dharmendra again such a nice guy and a big shout out to the cookie lady Daisy macqueen her recepies are simply out of the world . I wish I can have cookie lady in my city . If this happens I will simply go crazy 🤣 I visited this place 4 times in my trip to Rishikesh and I will keep visiting...
